How did u get your sky to work if your box wasn't below it? We are trying to go for this design but not sure how to it if the sky box isn't connected below.

The TV/fireplace set up is perfect. Box extends from wall. Possible treatment could be added to this part in the form of tiles/cladding. On either side we would want built in cabinets. Bottom cabinets closed and uppers open/closed.

Give them a good cleanMouldings with intricate details are real dust magnets. The best way to keep them looking their best is by wiping them over with soapy water after giving them a vacuum at least once a month. Due to their nature, function and location, skirting boards, architraves and dado rails get lots of wear and tear that can often result in chipped paint. Ideally, once a year these damaged areas should be retouched. Many people do this just before Christmas when guests are due to stay. Start by giving the entire section a good clean followed by a light sand, so the surface is smooth. Then repaint that entire section. It may need two thin coats. Check the sizeUpholstery tends to involve large pieces of furniture, and while I usually say ‘bigger is better’, there is such a thing as too big. Note the size of your chosen piece and make sure it looks appropriate in your room. Make a template of it out of newspaper and lay it on the floor to help you understand where it will go and how much room you’ll have around it. Bear in mind that back cushions on sofas add to the overall depth and reduce the size of your seat.
